Arbeitsbeschreibung - Logistics Intern (f/m/d)

As part of the Logistics Department, we are seeking an intern to join our team in Munich. This is an international and dynamic team, with a key role in Logistics in EMEA.

Freight invoice checking and approval in internal tools
Shipping documents archiving and data checks in SAP, processing different postings in SAP for goods receipts and shipments
Support in the inbound process with 3PL companies and ocean freight carriers
Support in different areas of logistics reporting: 3PL daily reports, outbound visibility, carrier performance/KPI, and cost tracking
Support in the analysis and further optimization of existing logistics processes

Teamwork, communication and intercultural skills
Entrepreneurial skills, proactive attitude, possessing a sense of urgency
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization, including executive management and in an international environment
Ability to work autonomously with high reliability

Fluency in English
Other languages will be an advantage.

Munich (40 hours per week)

Student in Business Administration, Data Science, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management
Previous working experience gained through other student jobs or internships in multinational companies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
Experience in working with SAP ERP system is a plus
