Arbeitsbeschreibung - Mandatory Operations Intern

We are constantly looking to share knowledge with talented people and kick off their career journeys on a high note. If you are curious about the Web3 world and want to learn more about the crypto industry, you can do your mandatory unpaid internship with us.

Be part of and assist the Operations team in all aspects of their duties which include: Customer Support, Procurement & Vendor Management, Process Management, and Project Coordination.
Support in the planning and execution of operational efficiency and automation initiatives.
Partner with colleagues to establish and implement operational processes.
Provide additional ad hoc support to business partners as necessary.
Help on cross-functional tasks and initiatives that support Finoa’s global growth.

You are currently pursuing your bachelor or masters' degree in Management, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
You are fluent in English – German and any other language is a plus!
Good level and knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
You have a hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance as well as a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company
