Do you want to get to know strategic and operational HR topics in a management consultancy and play an active role in developing them? You enjoy taking on responsibility and like to work independently and in a structured manner? Are you a real team player and do you want to get hands-on?

Then we have just the right position for you:

Intern Human Resource Management (f/m/d)
from August, at least 3 months, in our Munich office - full-time

You are a valued team member and are responsible for your own subareas and exciting projects, which you drive forward independently.
You will support us in many areas of HR management and get to know the entire employee life cycle - from recruiting, onboarding and personnel development to employee retention.
You will for example organize and conduct interviews, develop ideas to increase employee satisfaction and work with tools such as Personio and Leapsome.
You will also experience a unique culture in our innovative and family environment

You are studying business administration, business psychology or another business-related subject in your master's degree or are at the end of your bachelor's degree - ideally with a focus on HR
You have already gained some relevant experience in other internships in the field of human resources (e.g. recruiting, employer branding, personnel development, etc.)
You enjoy driving pojects and HR topics forward actively and independent, helping to shape them and getting involved
You are fluent in German, what further increases your chances with us: very good knowledge of English (and possibly other foreign languages) and the ability to critically reflect on your own results
