Arbeitsbeschreibung - Praktikum/Werkstudent (w/m/x) Process & Workflow Automation

You develop new processes and optimize existing ones in coordination with the involved stakeholders.
You gather requirements for the tool landscape and implement them.
You adapt and create tools in collaboration with IT and tool owners (mainly Jira and Confluence, including their interfaces).
You familiarized yourself with Jira Automation and set up workflows.
You integrate reports, such as error statistics.
You work on projects such as:
- Change tracking for hardware modifications on prototypes
- Planning processes for software development
- Bug tracking

You are enrolled in your university studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Business Informatics, Computer Science
You have experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
You want to help shape and optimize processes.
You have an affinity for working with online-based tools.
You have strong communication skills.
You enjoy working in a cross-location team – both in person and virtually.
You are fluent in English and German
The job is mostly done on-site, so ideally you live in/close to Munich
Preferable, but not required, is initial experience with:
- Atlassian Jira®
- Atlassian Confluence®
- Database queries (e.g., SQL)
- Microsoft Office applications
- REST Apis
