Recruiting & Event Intern / Working Student (m/f/d)

That’s why we connect thousands of machine manufacturers, distributors, and machines on our platform. By centralizing customer service, we ensure spare parts and services are available when and where they’re needed. The result? Ever moving trucks, tractors, fork lifts, cars and more!  

We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruiting & Event Intern or Working Student to join our team for a dynamic, hands-on experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Growth team and Founder, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of marketing and helping us take our presence to the next level. 

Responsibilities: 

• Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Help us find the best talents by actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and external recruiting partners. Take ownership of outreach strategies to build meaningful connections and elevate the candidate experience.
• Candidate Journey & Pipeline Management: Ensure a smooth and structured hiring process by managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and supporting hiring managers in moving candidates efficiently through each stage.
• Interview Coordination: Become the go-to person for scheduling interviews with multiple stakeholders. Own the coordination process and keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Candidate Experience & Follow-Ups: Ensure a smooth candidate experience by handling communication before and after interviews, gathering feedback, and maintaining a strong, engaging presence throughout the journey.
• Events & Employer Branding: Plan and coordinate creative (recruiting) events to boost awareness and attract talent. From uni outreach to career fairs – you're on it.
• Partnership Management: Collaborate and communicate with event locations, universities, and external partners to ensure a seamless execution of recruiting initiatives.
• Content Creation & Branding: Support our employer branding efforts by contributing to social media content and storytelling – showcasing what makes ClearOps unique.
• Campus Marketing & Outreach: Actively build relationships with universities, student groups, and relevant institutions to drive our campus recruiting strategy forward.
  

• Fluent in German and English. 
• Ability to work independently, take the lead on projects, and contribute creative ideas.
• Familiarity with social media channels and a strong ambition to learn more. 
• Initial practical experience in recruiting, event management, or HR is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have a proactive, hands-on mentality.
• Confident handling of tools like LinkedIn and ideally Personio.
• A passion for creating great candidate experiences and memorable events.
