Sales Operations - Salesforce Intern / Working Student

ClearOps is a Munich-based start-up that provides a transformative B2B enterprise software for the data-based optimization of supply chains in the machine manufacturing industry. With ClearOps, our mission is to keep the world of machines running smoothly by harnessing the power of data from machines to dealers to manufacturers and changing the way machine manufacturing companies operate their aftersales networks.  

We are now moving into a hyperscaling model and are looking for ambitious rockstars to join our team. 

• Student of Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Initial practical experience with Salesforce
• Strong interest in CRM systems and Sales Operations
• Analytical thinking and structured work approach
• Excellent German and English language skills
• IT affinity and ideally some exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems

• Support Sales Operations activities
• Assist with Salesforce administration
• Build and optimize data structures and architectures in Salesforce
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM
• Perform Salesforce admin tasks
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our CRM processes
• Assist in implementing and enhancing Salesforce Case Management
• Create and optimize documentation and training materials
• Support in answering user inquiries
• Help in creating functional and technical concepts for customizing Salesforce Cloud applications
