We are looking for a proactive and organized Revenue Operations Intern (f/d/m), who will enable our Sales team thanks to their communication skills and attention to detail.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve alignment and operational efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis on sales performance and deliver insightful dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and follow up on weekly revenue meetings by creating detailed, accurate slide decks and presenting the data analysis.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of CRM data to support seamless business operations.
• Contribute to different Revenue Operations initiatives, including account segmentation, client data updates, and process optimization projects.
• Proactively take on increasing responsibilities, demonstrating a commitment to continuous growth and value creation within the team.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides or Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong orientation toward process improvement.
• Highly organized, with a structured and methodical approach to work execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English with a collaborative mindset.
• Residing in Berlin or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship (minimum of 4 months).
• A valid working permit in Germany.
