What you build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d)– Operations for Experience Center Berlin

Location: Berlin, Germany

Internship duration: 6 month

Face an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Berlin and be part of our extensive student community. We are looking for a very structured, self-driven and highly motivated intern (f/m/d).
Your role is crucial for smooth and successful operations at the Experience Center:

Your tasks:

• Schedule customer, partner, university and internal visits and events in the Experience Center Berlin


• Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center Berlin visit


• Plan weekly coverage of the student workers in the center


• Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects


• Support daily operations to ensure high visitor satisfaction


• Contribute to location specific reporting activities


• Organize, plan and support the execution of Experience Center Showfloor Tours and Workshops

Experience Centers are innovation hubs delivering an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. SAP Experience Centers make SAP’s brand, products and innovations tangible and deliver a memorable customer experience.

Our team is responsible for the business operations at SAP’s Experience Center in Berlin. We are planning and organizing an outstanding customer experience for customer visits and events. At the SAP Experience Center Berlin, we assist clients in comprehending how cutting-edge technologies, data utilization, and the power of our network can propel them towards genuine innovation.
