• Reviewing invoices related to warranty repair services and submitting them to the financial system.
• Coordinating and communicating with customers for paid repair services, including preparing quotations and facilitating smooth interactions between the repair center and clients.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Background or familiarity with electrical equipment is highly desirable.
