The Digital Engineering Faculty of the University of Potsdam and HPI offers a computer science engineering degree program that is unique in Germany.

Student Assistant (m/f/x) - Academic Partnerships

​The position is temporary for 6 months and part-time (9 working hours per week), starting on 1 September 2026.

The Academic Partnerships Team is dedicated to establishing and expanding relationships with academic institutions nationally and internationally. Our work strengthens the visibility and impact of HPI's teaching and research while equipping students, researchers and staff with new competencies through cross-border and interdisciplinary collaboration. 

Your Tasks

• Supporting the planning and delivery of events and workshops


• Assisting with updating website content, Confluence pages, Slack and similar


• Helping prepare information materials (print and digital)


• Supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence 

Your Profile

• Current enrollment as a student in a degree program 


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital tools


• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently 


• Good written and spoken English (German skills may be required)


• Interest in international collaboration is a plus
