Student Sales Seating

Tasks:

• Support in general office and travel organization


• Service and update Reporting and standardize presentations


• Investigation and coordination with different departments to support strategy discussions


• Work with Microsoft Teams and set up a file system for all needed global information/activities & document sharing


• Create and maintain a global tracking for customer RFQ´s, open issues, news etc.


• Filing and distribution of customer documents according legal and company requirements


• 
  

  Support in innovation sharing and organization of customer events

  
  

   

Requirements: 

• Enrolled Student of Bachelor or Master studies within economics or similar 


• Affine with Business-, Marketing- as well as Cultural aspects


• Strong skills of MS applications (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)


• Fluent German and good English language skills


• We expect: high level of initiative, strong communication skills, team spirit
