Team Purpose:

Our Agile Delivery Team at TAKKT consists of Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) who work together to support agile teams across the organization. Our purpose is to enable smooth collaboration, continuous improvement, and value delivery by facilitating agile practices based on Scrum and SAFe. We guide teams through agile events, coach them on best practices, and foster a culture of transparency, empowerment, and customer-centric thinking.

Tasks:

• Supporting Scrum Masters and RTEs in their daily work

• Preparing, attending, and sometimes facilitating agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Writing meeting notes and documenting key decisions

• Assisting teams before, during, and after PI Planning

• Helping track and improve key metrics in Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Contributing ideas for optimizing team processes and collaboration

You will learn:

• Practical experience with agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe

• Confident use of collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro-

• Strong communication and facilitation skills in an international team setting

• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and value streams

• Ability to track, analyze, and present key performance metrics

• Skills in organizing and documenting agile meetings and workflows

Your Profile:

• Interest in agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe

• Good English skills, as the team works in an international environment

• Basic understanding of digital tools and willingness to learn new systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Motivation to take initiative and actively contribute to the team

• Reliability and a structured way of working
