As a Technical Project Management Intern, you will support our Applications Lead in customer projects and key account activities. Your tasks will include preparing materials for client meetings, handling follow-ups and technical communications, maintaining the CRM, and assisting with project coordination. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in technical project management, customer-facing operations, and technical account management.

What will you do

Take ownership of day-to-day project support activities, including preparing meeting materials, capturing and summarizing notes, tracking action items, and keeping project documentation organized.
Support the Applications Lead in ensuring smooth technical project delivery through structured communication, timely follow-ups, and accurate CRM updates.
Contribute to operational efficiency by coordinating small project tasks, assisting with technical presentation decks, and ensuring internal tools and records remain up to date.

What is expected of you

Ability to work full-time on-site in our Munich office for 4-6 months
Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electronics, physics, mechanical engineering or a related technical field
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where processes are still evolving
Organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative- whether that’s improving documentation, following up on tasks, or suggesting workflow enhancements
Eager to learn how technical solutions are delivered to customers and translated into measurable value
