You will have five project assignments: the first one in Finance \u0026 Data Science. After that, you can choose your assignments individually - across the entire Group. Step out of your comfort zone! After your first rotation, you decide which topics you want to dive deeper into. We\u0027ll support you with a wide-reaching network. Expand your network and experience the trainee community! Fridays are reserved for \u201cMagenta Friday.\u201d All trainees come together to work on strategic and innovative growth topics beyond their own projects. Trainees collaborate in different teams to organize events, support professional development, or contribute to social initiatives. Go international! A leading digital telecommunications company without international experience? Never! One of your three-month rotations will take place abroad. You choose the country and the city. Understand our business! Take the opportunity to get to know Telekom\u0027s operational business. Choose your Service Days\u2014for example, a day in customer service, a visit to a T-Shop, or a stop at one of our service centers. You\u0027ll see firsthand how we turn customers into fans every day. Choose your start date! The program can be started every quarter. Simply coordinate with your contact person to find the date that suits you best. You have successfully completed a master\u0027s degree in IT or engineering with a focus on finance topics, or a degree in economics or business administration with a focus on data science and analytics. Your personality captivates with enthusiasm for a finance mindset and analytical way of thinking, innovation, curiosity and the courage to question the status quo. Also, it is easy for you to capture business needs and familiarize yourself with new topics and methodologies. Passion for Finance: Genuine interest in finance topics as well as digital transformation in the finance area. You have a profound understanding of basic financial processes and Controlling procedures of an international company. Data Science and Machine Learning: Theoretical and practical experience with times series forecasting and/or Natural Language Processing in Python. Good statistical understanding and knowledge of some state-of-the-art Machine Learning Algorithms. Work Experience: You have accumulated at least six months of relevant internships - preferably in Agile Working environments. Intercultural Competence: Our Start up! community thrives on its international diversity. Therefore, strong intercultural skills should be part of your DNA. International experience - whether through studying abroad, work \u0026 travel, etc. - is therefore a must. Social Engagement: As a Start up! trainee, you are passionate about driving change! Experience in social engagement and/or entrepreneurial projects is highly welcomed. Language Skills: You are fluent in English (C1 level) and are willing to learn German independently.
