Your mission

As a UX/Product Designer (Intern/Student), you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and design system of our healthcare technology platform. You will contribute to the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs that make our AI-powered solutions easy to use for clinicians and patients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a library of UI elements, designing high-fidelity prototypes, and mapping user flows that directly influence our product roadmap. Additionally, you will actively explore emerging design practices and tools to continuously improve usability and visual consistency.

Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to design intuitive user experiences.
Create and maintain a UI design library (components, patterns, guidelines).
Deliver high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Develop UX flows, wireframes, and user journeys to support product decisions.
Contribute to product thinking by engaging in discussions about user needs, workflows, and usability improvements.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and support fast onboarding.

Your profile

Required Experience

Proficiency in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, design systems).
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Portfolio (academic, personal, or professional projects) demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving.
Currently studying UX Design, Product Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
Ability to think beyond visuals and contribute to how the product should work.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
Curious mindset and ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.

Good to have

Experience building or contributing to a design system.
Interest in healthcare technology or digital health.
Familiarity with tools like Miro, Confluence, or Jira.
Startup or fast-paced team experience.
