Arbeitsbeschreibung - Vendor Management Assistant Internship (m/f/d) - Video Game Localization

Transform your passion into a profession and dive into the world of video game localization with us - a leading name in video game localization. We are currently seeking an Vendor Management Assistant (Internship) to join our dynamic team of gaming localization experts in the heart of Berlin.
 
YOUR ROLE

  • Recruiting new freelance translators for video game localization to expand our external translator pool.    
  • Developing, updating, maintaining the existing external translator pool.    
  • Researching new channels, networks and local communities to expand our network of freelance translators.     
  • Screening applications, at Personio mostly, communicating with candidates.     
  • Reviewing and testing potential candidates.    
  • Negotiating prices and contracts.   
  • Onboarding new freelancers.   
  • Communicating daily with applicants to find the best translators   . 
  • Supporting and working closely with the Linguistic Coordination and Project Management teams.
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.  
  • Strong communication skills.    
  • Knowledge of memoQ, LinkedIn, and ProZ.
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.     
  • Computer literacy, MS Office.    
  • Translation experience is a plus.    
  • Passion for video games is a plus.
