We're looking for Venture Operations Interns (on a rolling basis) who will be driving various topics to contribute to bunch's growth and learning by doing.

What you will be doing

• You will be part of our Venture Ops team, taking care of and fully contributing to the execution of deals via our platform

• You will review and prepare investment documents

• You will take care of banking and capital call processes to ensure timely funding to targets

• You will support the coordination of external stakeholders such as notaries, KYC and banking partners

• You will ensure that all operations KPIs are met and continuously improved, esp. first response time, deal closing time, and CSAT

• Most importantly, you will identify and develop opportunities to improve our operations processes further - especially through process automation

Our expectations for you

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, etc.) or an operations-related role, ideally at a startup company

• Excellent attention to detail - you are able to catch the corner case every time and are a reliable team member

• Great self-organizing and project management skills plus a love for processes and results

• Understanding of core financial concepts. Interest in venture and private asset investing is a plus

• Ideally, previous experience with automation and database tools, such as Zapier, Make, Noco, Airtable, Retool or others

• Good English and advanced German language skills - you will have to review contracts and communicate in both languages

• You are fun to work with :)
