Description

As a Working Student Finance, you will support our Finance team in a variety of operational and project-related activities. This role offers valuable insights into financial processes within an international company and provides opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across Europe.

Responsibilities

Support with day-to-day operational tasks
Support with projects, year-end closing activities, and account reconciliations
Support in reviewing incoming travel expense claims and related documentation, as well as assisting colleagues with questions regarding the preparation of expense reports
Additional support for colleagues within the Europe-wide team, as and subject to mutual agreement and coordination.

Qualifications

Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably from the 2nd or 3rd semester onwards
Alternatively, completed vocational training with an interest in finance, accounting, or business administration
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Confident working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Good communication skills in German and English
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented working style
