Deine Aufgaben:

• Telefonische Erstansprache potenzieller Neukunden im Bereich Gewerbe- und Logistikimmobilien
• Aktive Unterstützung der Neukundenakquise, insbesondere durch strukturierte telefonische Kontaktaufnahme
• Aufbau und Pflege erster Kundenkontakte sowie Weiterleitung qualifizierter Leads an das Leasing Team
• Verteilung von Flyern und Unterstützung bei vertriebsnahen Marketingmaßnahmen
• Pflege, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation von Kontakten im CRM-System
• Aufbereitung, Strukturierung und Pflege von Telefon- und Kontaktlisten
• Allgemeine Unterstützung des Leasing Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Dein persönliches Profil:

• Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Immobilien, BWL, Marketing oder vergleichbar
• Interesse an Gewerbe- und Logistikimmobilien sowie an vertrieblichen Tätigkeiten
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Kundenservice, Marketing oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit CRM-Systemen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und Hands-on-orientierte Arbeitsweise, auch im virtuellen Team
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
• Interesse an einer längerfristigen Zusammenarbeit (mindestens 6 Monate)
