Werkstudent (m/f/d) - R&D Bipolare Transistoren und Labor

DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN

• Elektrische Charakterisierung von Halbleiterwafern und Endprodukten (Kleinsignal und mittlere Leistung)
• Messungen von ESD- und Schaltzeiten in unserem Labor
• Automatisierung von Laboreinrichtungen
• Auswertung von Versuchen, Datenanalyse und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
• Untersuchungen von Wettbewerbsprodukten.
• SPICE-Parameterextraktion
• Erstellung und Pflege von Datenbanken

DEIN PROFIL

• Student/in der Elektrotechnik oder Physik
• Kenntnisse in elektrischer Meßtechnik und Halbleitertechnologie
• Gutes technisches Allgemeinverständnis
• MS Office Kenntnisse
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Fließendes Englisch hilfreich

UMFANG UND BEFRISTUNG DER TÄTIGKEIT

• Befristeter Vertrag
• Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: max. 18 Stunden/Woche
• 18,40€ pro Stunde
• Standort: Hamburg
