Your Responsibilities

• Aufnahme, Beantwortung und ggf. Weiterleitung von Fragen, Anliegen und Reklamationen (telefonisch und per E-Mail) von Mitarbeitenden des thyssenkrupp Steel Segments zu allen personalrelevanten Themen auf Basis von vorgegebenen Prozessabläufen

• Kategorisierung der eingehenden Tickets hinsichtlich Fachthemen und Weiterleitung an die entsprechenden Fachbereiche zur Bearbeitung

• Rückverweisverfahren von Mitarbeiteranfragen, die im Rahmen von Employee Self Service vom Mitarbeitenden bearbeitet oder beantragt werden können

Your Profile

• Sie studieren Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt HR/Personal

• Sie sind mindestens 12 weitere Monate ordentlich eingeschriebener Studierender

• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office Produkten, insbesondere Excel und Power Point Anwendungen

• Sie zeigen Leistungsbereitschaft und haben Freude an der Arbeit im Team
