This is what you move:

As a Working Student in Application Operations, you will assist in maintaining and optimizing the performance and availability of critical business applications. 

• Application Maintenance: You will assist in maintaining and optimizing the performance and availability of critical business applications.


• Team Support: Together with the team, you will support the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of modern applications in production environments.


• Technology Projects: You will participate in projects for the introduction of new tools and technologies to enhance application reliability.


• Data Analysis: You will analyze operational data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.


• Process Optimization: You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes and workflows.


• Documentation: Careful documentation of configurations, processes, and solutions will also be part of your responsibilities.

The following qualities distinguish you:

• Qualifications: You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a comparable course.


• Foundational Knowledge: You already have good knowledge of application operations or DevOps principles.


• Technology Stack: You have experience with one or more of the following technologies: Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana), Automation/Scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), CI/CD Pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps), or Containerization (Docker).


• Databases: You have good SQL knowledge for analyzing and managing application databases.


• Practical Insights: You have already gained initial experience in areas like microservices, incident management, or test automation.


• Way of Working: You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, an independent way of working, are a communicative team player, and enjoy agile methods. Good German and English communication skills complete your profile.
