To support our team at the Head Office in Hamburg, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a 

Working Student in Brand Media & Digital Specialist (m/f/d).
 
Your tasks 

• You’ll support offline and online marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and digital reputation—during a period of major marketing transformation within the company.
• You’ll contribute to the implementation of the brand value propositions (insights, positioning) and help adapt global toolkits to local needs.
• You’ll support the planning, design, and execution of marketing campaigns (with a focus on offline) to acquire new customers.
• You’ll oversee the operational campaign process—from creative briefings and target audience segmentation to production—and assist with internal coordination.
• You’ll help evaluate campaign performance and contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of segmentation and creative assets.
• You’ll collaborate with agencies to create communication materials that extend marketing campaigns at the point of sale (POS).
• You’ll work closely with external agencies as well as internal national and international stakeholders.
• You’ll maintain communication with the regional and global marketing teams in Milan, Italy, and participate in international projects.

Your profile 

• You are currently enrolled in college, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• You think analytically and have a good understanding of business contexts.
• You work in an organized and meticulous manner and can keep track of multiple projects at once.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills—in our Group’s international environment, you’ll use English daily, while German is essential for collaborating with local teams and stakeholders.
