Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student - Customer Experience & Research (m/f/d)



Your Contribution


As a working student in our Customer Experience & Research team, you will gain hands-on experience in customer research within a digital business environment. You will support the planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research activities and work with modern research tools to capture and structure customer insights. Together with the team, you will help translate customer feedback into meaningful input that supports customer-centric product and business decisions.



Menu of Responsibilities


In this role, you will support the Customer Experience team in their daily work and contribute to ongoing research initiatives:
  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of customer research activities such as field studies, customer interviews, prototype testing, and surveys.
  • Research and analyse competitors to identify industry trends and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Support to share research findings and contribute to a customer-centric approach across departments. 
  • Process research findings and data material into structured reports and presentations and support the derivation of actionable insights.
  • Monitor industry trends, innovations, and best practices within the customer research field.




Ingredients for Success


  • Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field of study.
  • Fluency in English, combined with proficiency in at least one additional language such as Spanish, German, Italian, or French.
  • Confidence in applying and further developing qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset and the willingness to advocate for customer needs and perspectives.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, bar, café) is beneficial.
