What your role will be
- User Support & Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact for our community, resolving inquiries regarding their accounts and platform features.
- Issue Documentation & Resolution: Collaborating with the Product and Operations teams to document recurring user issues and ensure timely technical fixes.
- Market & Community Insights: Conducting research on user feedback and community trends to help improve our support resources and FAQ documentation.
- Process Optimization: Improving communication workflows to ensure a high-quality experience for every user.
