Tasks
- Support in the operational website‑management and strategic development.
- Create texts for external and internal communication (intranet, newsletter, career page, etc.).
- Manage employer‑review platforms (kununu, Glassdoor).
- Plan events in collaboration with Recruiting.
- Work closely with other departments within IONOS (e.g., Branding, Internal Communication).
Qualifications
- Advanced studies in economics, marketing or communications.
- Editorial skill and a sense for design.
- Initial experience with CMS and Canva is a plus.
- High affinity for employer‑branding and HR topics, as well as interest in personnel marketing and corporate culture.
- Fluent in German and English.
