At our Hamburg office, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into both the strategic and operational sides of HR. As a working student, you will experience a broad range of HR topics while being part of a dedicated and collaborative team.

Support our HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities
Assist in providing HR-related guidance to employees and managers
Prepare and consolidate key HR data and reports to support HR and management decisions
Create presentations for various HR initiatives
Take ownership of our Working Student Community
Contribute to exciting HR projects and bring your own ideas to the table
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
You have a strong interest in HR topics and are eager to gain hands-on experience
You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
You enjoy creating presentations and contributing fresh ideas
You have gained initial experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP)
You are fluent in German and have strong English communication skills
You have a structured, reliable, and independent approach to work
You are a team player with strong communication skills
