Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student/ Intern - Business Operations / Automations (m/w/d)

We are replacing outdated analogue infrastructures with smart and digital tools for optimal control of energy consumption and generation. For the benefit of our customers, we are integrating millions of small consumption points into the energy market with smart meters. Get on board to get the job done!We need you to simplify and automate our processes. This includes, for example:

Using low-code/no-code tools to simplify and shorten our business processes - e.g. with HubSpot
Creating interfaces between HubSpot and various external systems
Further development and optimisation of automatic workflows that evolve dynamically with the data situation
Assisting with the selection and testing phase of an ERP system that supports our long-term goals
Flexible customisation and management of data and identification standards
Analysing and evaluating the efficiency of the system through regular performance testing

Initial experience with automation tools such as MS Power Automate and/or HubSpot and/or Zapier etc
Basic knowledge of database-supported systems and MS Office
Enthusiasm for new technologies
The ability to develop pragmatic solutions both independently and as a team player
Studies in IT, business informatics or a related field (desirable)
Good knowledge of German (preferred) or otherwise very good knowledge of English
