Our real-time, index (DAX and STOXX), reference, and historical data, plus insightful analytics derived from granular market activity, empower a wide range of customers - from analysts and traders to asset managers and back-office professionals - to make informed investment decisions, optimize strategies, manage risks and gain a competitive edge.

Join our Customer Compliance team as a Working Student (f/m/d) and support the accuracy and transparency of our market data reporting processes. You will help ensure the timely delivery of customer reporting while contributing to the enhancement of our business analysis tools and dashboards.

Your responsibilities:

• You will support the Customer Compliance Reporting function in daily operational tasks and data analysis, including verifying reporting contacts to ensure efficient and accurate communication


• You will assist in conducting customer account reviews to confirm that monthly reporting is complete, correct, and aligned with contractual requirements


• You will review significant changes within monthly reporting, identify irregularities, and escalate relevant cases for further investigation


• You will run database queries and perform ad‑hoc analyses to support daily activities and help ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting data


• Ypu will support the migration of our business analysis dashboards to Power BI and contribute to expanding their analytical depth and features as well as improving visualizations and overall usability

Your profile:

• You are enrolled at a state‑recognized university throughout the entire duration of the role, ideally in economics, finance, business studies, or a related field.


• You possess strong analytical, organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills, with a high attention to detail


• You are proficient in MS Office applications and have experience in data analysis, particularly with Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a strong asset


• You enjoy working collaboratively within a team, take responsibility for your own tasks, and bring a structured, reliable, and proactive mindset to your work


•  You communicate clearly and confidently in both written and spoken English; proficiency in German is an advantage
