Working Student - Marketing

Run our lean marketing engine

• Help operate our entire marketing function using AI, automation, and external partners
• Build scalable systems that allow a small team to generate outsized results
• Ensure marketing activities are executed reliably, measured correctly, and continuously improved

Manage demand generation

• Set up, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns
• Use AI tools to create campaign assets, ad copy, landing pages, and content
• Organize and execute monthly webinars, including promotion and follow-up
• Identify, coordinate, and manage our 3–5 most important industry fairs each year

Manage content & PR

• Coordinate our PR agency and ensure consistent external communication
• Create and repurpose content with AI across website, webinars, PR, and social channels
• Support customer stories, thought leadership, and press activities

Own CRM, automation & analytics

• Manage HubSpot, including workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data quality
• Build automations using HubSpot, N8N, AI tools, and other no-code platforms
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance and ROI
• Ensure clean data flows across our marketing tech stack

Must-haves

• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of ownership
• Excitement about using AI and automation to multiply your impact
• Structured, systems-oriented thinking
• Comfort working with data and performance metrics
• Excellent German (C1+) and strong English skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Webflow, or webinar platforms
• Experience with N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools
• Basic SQL, Python, or scripting skills
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation
• Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and sales funnels
