In this role, you will support the coordination of medical projects, events, and operational processes, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.\n\nYou will have the opportunity to take on ownership of tasks while developing practical experience at key interfaces across the organization.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\n * Provide proactive organizational and operational support to the Medical Affairs team\n * Assist in planning, coordinating, tracking, and documenting medical projects, events, and activities\n * Support compliance, contract, finance, and material approval processes\n * Maintain trackers, lists, and internal overviews (e.g. events, timelines, deadlines)\n * Prepare, update, and align presentations and project-related materials\n * Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Compliance) and external partners (e.g. agencies)\n\n\n\nYour Profile\n\n * Currently enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or similar)\n * Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills (written and spoken)\n * Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills\n * Interest in medical topics, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration\n * Proficient in MS Office; experience with Veeva, A-CAP, SAP Ariba, or similar systems is a plus\n * Ideally, initial experience in a pharmaceutical, medical, or operational environment\n\n\n\n\u00dcber die Rolle\n\nAls Werkstudent:in im Bereich Medical Affairs unterst\u00fctzt du unser Team bei der Koordination medizinischer Projekte, Veranstaltungen und operativer Prozesse.
