Description
As a Working Student in Accounting Finance Processes, you will play a vital role in optimizing our global processes and supporting our Accounting team. You will have the chance to apply your analytical skills, gain hands-on experience with SAP systems, and contribute to our S/4 transformation project. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your finance and accounting expertise within a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze, optimize and document existing global finance processes
Maintain master data in SAP FI and SAP MDG
Assist in preparing the month-end closing calendar
Support Accounting projects, including the S/4 transformation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency
Prepare reports and presentations as required
Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance

Qualifications

Advanced studies in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Accounting (full-time enrollment)
Practical experience in accounting or finance is preferred
Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers
Excellent interpersonal skills and a networking mindset
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
A solution-oriented and systematic approach to work
