Working Student (m/f/d) Data & Business Insights

If you are interested in data analysis and would like to gain valuable insights into a globally operating healthcare company, consider joining our team Finance & Sourcing Analysis! We’re part of the Global Direct Procurement department and enable data-driven decision-making by providing data analytics, reporting, process governance and market intelligence. In doing so, we drive transparency, risk management, and process optimization across procurement activities. This role offers hands-on experience with real business data and insights across a broad range of tasks, including data analytics, dashboard development, creation of professional PowerPoint presentations, and process optimization activities.

Your challenge in detail

• You will support data maintenance, analysis and reporting

• You will create and maintain Power BI dashboards

• You will provide data reports via SAP Business Warehouse (Business Intelligence tool) upon request

• You will assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and insights

• You will adapt and refine presentation templates and training materials for the department

• Additionally, you will support the further development and optimization of internal processes

Your competence is in demand

• Current full-time studies in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field

• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken; good German skills are a plus

• A strong analytical mindset with affinity for data, numbers and digital tools

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Preferably first experience in data analysis, reporting or dashboard development 

• First experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus

• Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations and management reports is a plus
