Do you want to experience how modern workplaces are designed and organized? Are you interested in topics related to New Work, Workplace Management, and Facility Management, and would you like to actively contribute to making our office spaces efficient, sustainable, and user-friendly?

Then become part of our team and help us continuously develop our work environments while creating optimal conditions for our employees. As a working student (m/f/d), you will gain insights into the organization and development of modern workplaces, as well as into the operational management of buildings, spaces, and services.

Your Tasks

• Support in the organization and execution of facility management tasks on-site in Munich

• Participate in projects to optimize workflows

• Communicate with external service providers and internal departments

• Coordinate and supervise external service providers on-site

• Order materials and consumables

• Sort incoming mail and manage outgoing shipments

• Serve as a contact person for on-site inquiries, meetings, or events

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d)

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Practical skills and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Independent and structured way of working

• Excellent German and good English skills
