To strengthen this mission, we are looking for a Working Student to support the Global People & Culture team in HR projects at the Munich office

 What you'll do

Workplace & Office Experience

• Support the day-to-day operations and workplace experience for the Munich office, including office services, suppliers, and smaller space-related projects (e.g. office improvements or renovation support) 

• Act as a point of contact for workplace- and office-related topics, helping ensure a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring environment 

• Assist with coordination of vendors and general office management tasks 

Employee Engagement & Culture 

• Support the planning and execution of local employee engagement events and initiatives in Munich (on-site & hybrid) 
• Collaborate with international colleagues on global engagement activities and events 
• Contribute ideas for creative formats that foster connection, collaboration, well-being, and belonging 
• Act as an ambassador for company culture by supporting a positive and inclusive employee experience 

HR & Internal Communication Support 

• Support HR administrative tasks, especially related to onboarding and employee experience 
• Assist in preparing and sharing internal communications on People & Culture topics 
• Contribute to global communication and engagement initiatives with a structured and people-focused mindset

Learning & Development Support  

• Support global Learning & Development initiatives within People & Culture 
• Assist in coordinating trainings, workshops, and internal development programs 
• Help manage the internal online Academy, including platform support, content coordination, and updates 
• Support tracking of learning-related data and participation, contributing to the evaluation of learning impact  

What we're looking for

• Enrolled student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field 

• First practical experience (e.g. internships or working student roles) in HR, Office Management, Event Management, or similar is a plus 

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) 

• Based in Munich and available to work regularly from the office 

• Interest in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, or HR topics 

• Digitally savvy, with an interest in using modern tools and technologies 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Hands-on, proactive, and reliable working style 

• Open, friendly, and service-oriented personality 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 

• Passion for culture, employee engagement, and continuous learning
