Working Student Office Management (m/f/d)

  Support the daily organization of our Berlin office and help create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors and external partners

  Be a first point of contact for office-related questions and practical issues
  
  


• 
  
  Coordinate with vendors, building management and external service providers
  
  


• 
  
  Prepare meeting rooms and support meetings, workshops and internal events
  
  


• 
  
  Order office and kitchen supplies and monitor stock levels
  
  


• 
  
  Support the setup of onboarding sessions and coordinate practical arrangements with the IT team
  
  

• 
  
  You are currently enrolled at a university in Berlin
  
  


• 
  
  Some practical experience in administration, office management, hospitality, customer service or event organization would be helpful
  
  


• 
  
  You are self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently
  
  


• 
  
  You have a hands-on, service-oriented approach and enjoy supporting others
  
  


• 
  
  You are organized and able to manage several tasks at the same time
  
  


• 
  
  Your German is at least at B1 level, and you are very fluent in English
