Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student - Operations Automation & Analytics (m/f/d)

Your mission

Develop and automate operational processes using tools such as Power Automate, Retool or other scripting languages
Build interactive dashboards and internal tools to optimize business processes and make operational data easily accessible
Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively detect issues
Ensure data quality within Operations through regular updates and validation procedures
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective technical solutions

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant field such as data science, engineering, computer science, statistics or a related discipline
Strong skills in Power Automate and enthusiasm for automating manual processes
Hands‑on experience with low‑code platforms, ideally Retool, to develop internal applications and workflows
Practical experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to understand operational requirements and translate them into automated solutions
You are motivated to actively contribute to the growth of a leading charging infrastructure provider and are open to taking on both analytical and operational tasks
You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
