What your role will be
- Finance Support: Assisting with preliminary accounting tasks, including the organization of invoices and expense management.
- Office Management: Ensuring a vibrant and functional office environment by managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and acting as the central point of contact for office needs.
- Event Management: Supporting the planning and execution of internal team events.
- HR & People: Assisting with administrative HR tasks, such as scheduling interviews for candidates or supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
