Working Student People & Culture (all genders)

• Your team: You’ll be working as part of a lovely 3 people People & Culture team - 2 full-time/1 student :)
• Showing your strengths You will support us with administration such as creating/changing employment contracts as well as preparatory payroll accounting.
• Taking over responsibility: You’re also in charge of office orders (fruits/drinks/office supplies/whatever is needed) but don’t worry, this is very quick and easy.
• Organization is your superpower: You'll also get the chance to help us organize our team events and bi-yearly onsites. 
• Shaping the future: Your work will have a direct impact on the environment.

• Your studies: You are currently enrolled as a student in NRW and are able to come to our Aachen office regularly.
• Know-how: If you have experience with payroll and creating contracts or even HR systems like Personio, we’d be over the moon. 
• Working method: You get your work done and bring initiative, flexibility and organizational skills to the table while working carefully, detail-oriented and reliably. 
• Personality: You are organized, love helping others and putting a smile on their face by taking away tasks.
• Office365: PowerPoint, Word and Excel are not new to you and you know how to work with it. 
• Languages: Strong communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).

• 8 hours/week offer: We'd like to employ you with 8 hours per week (Minijob).
