Your mission

As our Working Student Program Management (all genders), you’ll support the setup and execution of our incubator and accelerator porgams and work closely to founders, partners and the core team to help promising DeepTech ideas to make their first steps toward becoming real companies.

Support the setup and execution of Impossible Founders incubator and accelerator programs
Scout and engage promising DeepTech teams (Inbound & Outbound) including university spinoffs and early stage Start Ups
Act as a first point of contact for Start Ups reaching out to Impossible Founders
Support the evaluation of program applications by researching teams, technologies, use cases and readiness
Prepare concise summaries and insights to support internal screening and decision-making
Coordinate communication and follow-ups with startups and ecosystem partner (e.g. universities, research institutions)
Maintain high data quality in our CRM Hubspot and shared documentation
Represent Impossible Founders at selected ecosystem events like our demo day
Occasionally support cross.team tasks such as event preparation, presentations or communication

Your profile

The role as Working Student Program Management (all genders) calls for someone who is curious about DeepTech, enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in the Start-Up Ecosystem while supporting ambitious founders and programs.

Enrolled student, ideally in engineering, natural sciences, computer science or business with strong tech interest
Genuine DeepTech curiosity
Confident with using Microsoft Office
Fluency in German and English
confident communicator: You enjoy approaching people, asking smart questions and creating founder-friendly interactions
highly structured and reliable: You track details, keep systems clean and follow through
