Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student Purchasing - Indirect Goods (m/w/f)

Your role and responsibilities

Support in the procurement of indirect goods

Maintenance of order confirmations in the relevant systems

Obtaining and comparing quotations in terms of price, delivery time, and conditions

Creating and submitting purchase orders to suppliers

Monitoring open orders and following up on delivery dates

Supporting fleet management activities

Assisting with reporting and analyses

Your profile and qualifications

Enrolled student in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study

Interest in purchasing and procurement processes

Structured, careful, and reliable way of working

Good written and spoken German and English skills
