• Active sourcing: You’ll actively search for talent and approach exciting candidates, e.g. via LinkedIn.

• Support throughout the entire recruiting process – from job posting to interview coordination.

• Contribute to designing new HR processes and optimizing existing ones.

• Enhance the onboarding experience for our new colleagues.

• Participate in additional HR projects that strengthen our team and culture.

• Support employer branding, team, and culture development:

  • Help shape initiatives to strengthen our company culture.

  • Bring your own ideas to foster employee engagement, internal communication, and employer branding.

  • Support with events, internal campaigns, and communication initiatives.

• Maintain and optimize our HR systems (especially Personio).

• Enrolled student (e.g. in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Communication Studies).

• Interest in recruiting, HR processes, team culture, and employer branding.

• Organizational talent, creativity, and initiative.

• Initial experience with HR tools (e.g. Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus but not required.

• Excellent German and English skills.

• Insights into the daily HR operations of a growing international software group.

• Direct collaboration with the CEO and experienced HR colleagues.

• Creative freedom: space for your own ideas and projects in recruiting, culture, and employer branding.

• Flexible working hours (approx. 16 hours per week, spread over 2 days).

• Hybrid working model – combination of home office and office in Munich/Münster.

• Option for long-term collaboration and possible full-time employment after graduation.

Framework Conditions

• Scope: approx. 16 hours per week

• Duration: minimum 6 months, with an option to extend

• Start: immediately or by agreement

• Location: Munich or Münster (hybrid possible)
