Working Student - Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Working Student to join the Solution Consultant department in our Munich business unit. This person will collaborate closely with the go-to-market (GTM) teams. Your projects involve working directly with the RevOps team lead and the Business Intelligence Analyst.

What you'll do

• Support the presales team by improving and automating key go-to-market and deal support processes
• Leverage AI agents and automation technologies to make presales operations more scalable and efficient
• Build and maintain demo environments, including technical integrations and materials for prospects and clients
• Contribute to client-facing and internal AI projects (LLMs, prompting, AI agents, and emerging technologies)
• Partner with sales, post-sales, and cross-functional teams to understand technical needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Support tender and proposal responses
• Continuously develop, refine, and optimize processes and workflows

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a technical degree (IT, Computer Science, or similar)
• Basic experience with programming (preferably Python)
• Strong interest in LLMs, AI agents, automation, and emerging technologies
• A fast learner who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to execute using available tools
• Curiosity about how technology can enhance presales and sales processes
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level preferred). French is a plus
• Availability to support us for up to 20 hours per week

You will gain experience in building customer relationships, partner relaionships and applying best practices in both the commercial setup and technical design of our solution.
