Tax Compliance Support

• Support the Tax Team of Autodoc Group, which acts as an internal consultant for all tax matters within the Group. 
• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns for direct and indirect taxes.
• Maintain organized records of tax filings, documents, and correspondence.
• Support during tax audits
   

Research and Analysis

• Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to support tax planning and compliance efforts.
• Support with development of a tax platform which we use as an informational platform for other departments  (“tax wikipedia”) in Confluence
   

Tax CMS Implementation

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of tax compliance management system (Tax CMS).
• Help develop workflows and processes within the CMS to streamline tax compliance procedures.
   

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare documentation, summaries, and reports on tax-related matters for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support with documentation requirements and maintain accurate records.
   

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with members of the tax department to support team goals and objectives.
• Support in organizing tax workshops and webinars for other teams with tax-related context
  
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Basic understanding of tax principles and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred to have work experience in previous work position
• Excellent language skills in German and good command of English
