Working Student Technology Innovation & Development (all genders)

Your Tasks

For our Technology Innovation & Development Team, we are looking for a motivated working student who thinks analytically, uses digital tools confidently and wants to actively support our journey to more data-driven processes.
You will work on real projects, contribute with your own ideas and help us make knowledge more transparent, data more usable and collaboration between our technical teams even stronger.

• Support the maintenance and further development of our Sharepoint as a central platform for knowledge, transparency and collaboration


• Maintain, develop and improve our Power BI dashboards


• Support in the preparation monthly KPI & KAI scorecards


• Use Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate and AI tools to simplify processes, structure information and create transparency.


• Support in the preparation of workshops and regular updates


• Strengthen collaboration between Technology and its partners in R&D and Supply Chain and contribute to bringing products to market faster, more robustly and with stronger data-based decisions

Your Profile

• You are studying industrial engineering, process engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable field.


• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy turning complex information into clear insights.


• You have excellent digital skills, ideally with experience using Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate.


• You are interested in data analytics, automation, digital tools and AI applications.


• You work in a structured, independent way and communicate confidently in English and German.


• You enjoy learning new things, contributing actively and helping an organization break new ground.


• The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations
