Arbeitsbeschreibung - Young Talent Barista (m/w/d) iaro Ost

Our goal is to create the best coffee experience by roasting outstanding coffees, baking creative pastries and bringing people together. Our dedicated baristas work with the best coffees and love to provide expert advice and service to our customers. We offer intensive training to our staff so they can deepen their coffee knowledge and confidently tell the stories of our farms.

Unser Ziel ist es, das beste Kaffeeerlebnis zu schaffen, indem wir hervorragende Kaffees rösten, kreative Gebäcke backen und Menschen zusammenbringen. Unsere engagierten Baristas arbeiten mit den besten Kaffeesorten und lieben es, unsere Kunden fachgerecht zu beraten und zu bedienen. Wir bieten unseren Mitarbeiter ein intensives Training an, damit sie ihr Kaffeewissen vertiefen und selbstbewusst die Geschichten unserer Farmen erzählen können.


Voraussetzungen

  • You want to work as a full skilled barista in specialty coffee.
  • You enjoy working in a lively coffee shop environment.
  • You are communicative, friendly and customer oriented.
  • You work clean, fast, organized.
  • You are self -motivated, reliable and punctual.
  • You speak fluent English, your German is business fluent.
