Authorized Officer (Prokurist:in) (part-time)

This role is the official representative cornerstone for PaulCamper GmbH, responsible for embodying the company's legal and administrative presence in Germany. You will be entrusted with the formal authority of a Prokurist, ensuring our corporate governance is impeccable and our European operations run seamlessly. This position is perfect for a highly organized and trustworthy professional who thrives on tangible responsibility and excels in a central coordinating function, all within a flexible part-time schedule.

Working within a flexible 50-60% schedule, you will:

• Act as the official legal representative for PaulCamper GmbH in dealings with banks, authorities, and the commercial register (Handelsregister), within the scope of your granted authority.
• Oversee company contracts, including the review and co-signing of key operational, rental, and service agreements in close coordination with management.
• Serve as the primary contact for local German authorities (e.g., Chamber of Commerce/IHK, tax office) and manage relationships with notaries and external legal/tax advisors.
• Manage Berlin office operations by providing organizational support for contracts, equipment, and essential internal services to ensure a productive work environment.
• Drive key compliance topics, including corporate legal housekeeping, data protection oversight, managing internal delegations, and tracking critical deadlines.
• Support business development and strategic projects by assisting in the negotiation of partnerships and institutional agreements.
• Provide support for market expansion activities from a corporate and administrative perspective.

• Proven experience in a similar role such as Prokurist, company secretary, or senior paralegal with a strong understanding of German corporate governance and administrative processes.
• A background in law, business administration, or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience interacting confidently with German authorities, notaries, and external advisors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating effectively with internal management and external partners.
• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are required.
• A pragmatic, hands-on, and trustworthy individual who enjoys operational responsibility and is comfortable working on-site in a part-time capacity.
