Business Development Manager Germany

BEAUTYSTREAMS is the leading B2B trend insights platform for the global beauty industry. We support top beauty brands with forward-looking market intelligence, trend analysis, and consumer insights. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Representative based in Germany to join our international team.This is a remote, full-time sales role focused on expanding BEAUTYSTREAMS’ presence in the German market. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing client relationships, and working closely with our global team to grow the region.

Tasks

• Represent BEAUTYSTREAMS in Germany, including engaging with local partners, attending key industry events, and maintaining relationships with media and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for German clients, handling subscription inquiries and custom project discussions.
• Support and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility in the region.
• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities within the German market.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Present BEAUTYSTREAMS’ services to prospective and existing clients, both remotely and in person.
• Work closely with the global team while independently managing the German territory.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or related industries.
• Fluent in German at a native level, with strong English proficiency.
• Comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
