Solpace is the sovereign operating system for independent electronic music, nightlife culture, and underground dancefloors.

We are building the digital infrastructure that returns financial sovereignty, data intelligence, and creative power to artists, independent venues, and fans across Europe.

Today, independent clubs and creators are squeezed by extractive ticketing platforms charging 10 to 15 percent fees, and streaming services paying fractions of a cent per play. We are building the sovereign alternative.

What We Are Building

• 0 percent creator commission on direct digital music releases, vinyl, and merch, with instant automated revenue splits (Smart Splits) executed at checkout.
• Predictive booking and yield forecasting models for independent venues, festival organisers, and promoters.
• Resilient offline-first gate scanning, cryptographic rotating QR tickets, and local-first venue tools that never halt queues, even in subterranean concrete bunkers with zero cell reception.
• Multimodal audio intelligence matching fans to music and events based on how tracks actually sound and feel.

The Stack

• Web & App Layer: React, Next.js 14, TypeScript, MapLibre GL, HLS audio streaming
• Backend & Data: Node.js, Express, TypeScript, PostgreSQL (pgvector), Redis, MeiliSearch
• Audio & AI Pipelines: Python, GPU pipelines, semantic audio embeddings (CLAP/OpenL3)

What You Will Co-Own

• Core Platform Engineering: End-to-end fullstack architecture, from Smart Splits and offline scanner PWAs to our interactive Atlas nightlife map.
• Audio Intelligence & Algorithms: Developing our Python audio pipelines, taste-vector matching, and predictive booking models.
• Foundational Architecture: Making core architectural and security decisions as we prepare for launch and acceleration.

Compensation & Commitment

• Substantial Co-founder Equity stake (standard vesting with cliff).
• Flexible commitment: Can start part-time alongside finishing studies or transitioning into full-time.
• Greenfield technical leadership and true co-ownership.
