Co-founders & Founding Team

Solpace is the sovereign operating system for independent electronic music, nightlife culture, and underground dancefloors.

Our mission is simple: to set music free from corporate middlemen and closed algorithms, returning financial sovereignty, data intelligence, and creative power to artists, independent venues, and dancers across Europe.

Today, grassroots clubs and creators are squeezed by extractive ticketing platforms charging 10 to 15 percent fees, while streaming giants pay fractions of a cent per play. We are building the sovereign alternative, from the studio straight to the dancefloor.

We are now looking for 2-3 Co-founders to join the founding team across three core tracks:

TRACK 1: Technical Co-founder (Fullstack, AI & Audio)

• Background: Top technical university (e.g. KTH, TU Berlin, KIT, RWTH Aachen, TUM) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Engineering Physics, or equivalent senior engineering track record.

• Domain: Next.js 14, TypeScript, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL (pgvector), Redis, Python audio feature extraction (CLAP/OpenL3), and offline-resilient gate scanning PWAs that work reliably even in subterranean concrete bunkers with zero cell reception.

TRACK 2: Product & Quant Co-founder (Yield Modeling & Platform Architecture)

• Background: Industrial Engineering & Management, Financial Mathematics, Optimization, Quantitative Economics, or solid quantitative product background.

• Domain: Dynamic booking yield forecasting, venue risk engines, margin-guarded marketing models, multi-party automated payouts (Smart Splits), and marketplace economics.

TRACK 3: Commercial Co-founder (Venues, Partnerships & Growth)

• Background: Top business university (e.g. Stockholm School of Economics / SSE, WHU, University of Mannheim, Frankfurt School of Finance) or deep existing promoter, venue, and music industry network.

• Domain: Venue and promoter onboarding, record label and festival partnerships, commercial expansion across the Stockholm-Berlin corridor, and early-stage investor relations.
